However, one customer reported a significantly negative experience involving poor communication and unprofessional treatment from certain staff members, though the situation was partially resolved through intervention from another associate.

I recently purchased a used car from Mercedes-Benz of Waco and had a great experience working with Ernesto, Zack, and Robert. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and professional. They were knowledgeable about the vehicle, answered all my questions without any pressure, and made sure I felt comfortable with the purchase. Buying a used car can sometimes be stressful, but they made it straightforward and hassle-free. I especially appreciated their honesty and communication throughout the process. Everything was clearly explained, and there were no surprises. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend reaching out to Ernesto, Zack, and Robert. They truly made the experience enjoyable.

This was my first time servicing my car at Mercedes-Benz, and I was extremely impressed. Wallace was transparent about pricing and service packages, explained exactly what my vehicle needed at its current mileage, and reviewed its history to reassure me about past services. He made me feel confident trusting them with my car long term. Pablo Garcia also went above and beyond—he helped connect my car to the app and personally walked me through the features outside. When I’m ready to upgrade, I’ll definitely be coming back to him. As a woman who often handles these things on my own, I’m usually on guard—but this experience felt like a safe space. Everyone was professional, supportive, and made me feel confident in my decisions. Highly recommend!

Pablo is amazing! We found a friend in the 5.5 hrs that we spent buying our first Mercedes. He is so easy to talk to, very friendly, and very helpful. He is not pushy ( which my husband loved) . I would highly recommend seeing Pablo if you are even curious about a Mercedes. He is very knowledgeable. Warning… if you spend the time to learn about their cars, your not going to want to leave without bringing one home🤗 that’s what happened to us, we were needing to use up some time in town and ended up going by to ask about the Mercedes GLE 450 and ended up falling in love and yes, we brought it home 💜

My experience with this dealership is a mixed review. It is very bad and excellent with no in between. Let's start with the horrible experience first. I went into the dealership because I had previously assisted my 92year old mom in selling her GMC Sierra truck ( due to the death of my dad who was a 22 year purple heart veteran ) and the experience was good so now a year later my mom was ready to sell her 2009 Cadillac because she no longer drives. I had been dealing with one associate but he texted me and said that he had asked Claudia ( another associate) to assist me because he would be arriving late that day. This is where it got bad . She was on the phone with a customer and her tone with them was not pleasant. I told myself not to read too much into it because I wasn't involved and didn't know both sides but I didn't like how she was talking to them especially not her tone. While she was still on the phone she yelled at the associate who was holding a conversation with my husband as we were waiting an told him to lower his voice ( not her words but more or less to shut up). I started to leave but I had promised my mom that I would get the paperwork started that day. My husband and I started looking at the new models on display and the looks we were given by Claudia and another employee were as if we couldn't afford them. Once she finished with her call I went over and introduced myself to her but she interrupted me and asked if I had the car with me. I told her that I did and she asked me for the keys and went outside to look at it. My husband and I looked at each other in shock and he asked me not to get upset so I let it go. After approximately an hour I told her that we could leave the car and I would be back later with my mom but again she interrupted me and asked why I thought that I could get the price I was asking for. I told her that the car although it was older was a one owner car and had barely been driven ( less than 37,000 miles and I had offers for the amount I was asking. My mom didn't want to sell it to anyone she knew to lessen the chance that she would see it again. This car was an anniversary gift from my dad ). She said that the price they were willing to offer was $1,500 less . I said no but that I would call my mom because it's her car. There's so much more to this experience but I only hope that corporate will see this and contact me. I ended up calling Claudia back the next day to find out what was happening only to be informed that it would take another week because of issues with the title ( the title had never been sent to my parents by the lien holder even though it had been paid for about two years after they purchased the vehicle. My mom had only picked up the title the day before we went to the dealership). I told Claudia that I was on my way to pick up the car because she should have informed me of this earlier in the day to which she said that I told her not to call me until the paperwork was ready. I felt as the employee of Mercedes Benz it was her job to inform me of the issue and all delays. When I arrived she immediately started telling me that another employee wanted to buy the car. I told her to give me my keys. As I was leaving Victoria ( another associate) asked me if she could speak with me outside. Victoria began with an apology. This is where the experience turned excellent. When I told my mom that I was going to pick up the car and I would sell it myself she said she totally agreed . If it had not been for the professional courteous treatment of Victoria I would never return to this dealership again. Victoria took control of the situation and we were able to sell my mom's car. It did take a while to get it done but it was only because of paperwork on our end. Thank you so much for your assistance Victoria. You're example of how you treat customers and the excellence that should be shown by representatives of a superior brand as Mercedes Benz. As for Claudia I suggest at the least some further training in customer service or maybe a different line of employment.

The team at Mercedes Benz of Waco is very professional and easy to work with. I was able to negotiate a great price on a beautiful new car with salesman David Gloff. I look forward to working with this dealership for years to come.
