Excellent customer service without being too pushy. Traded in my beloved 2014 e350 for a 2023 e350. Jonathan Velez provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Buying the vehicle was a smooth process and Jonathan made sure to set me up with the Mercedes app, have the vehicle cleaned, explain some of the cool features, and gave me the time and space to process the purchase.
