Mercedes-Benz of West Chester

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Westchester Mercedes-Benz Service. Last week, I called and provided my VIN number specifically so I could receive an accurate quote for a transmission fluid and filter service on my Sprinter. I was quoted between $400 and $700, even in the worst-case scenario. Based on that information, I scheduled an appointment and took a half day off work to bring my vehicle in. When I arrived for my appointment, I was suddenly told the service would cost at least $1,100—far more than the maximum amount I was quoted. Not a small difference, but hundreds of dollars more. I asked to speak with the service manager, hoping they would take responsibility for the mistake or at least try to find a reasonable solution. Instead, I was told they could not determine who provided the original quote, despite the fact that my appointment and phone call should be documented in their system. No effort was made to honor the quote, investigate the issue, or compensate me for the time I wasted. The most frustrating part wasn’t even the higher price—it was the complete lack of accountability and customer service. I rearranged my work schedule, drove to the dealership, and showed up for my appointment based on information provided by their staff, only to be told something completely different upon arrival. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. Unfortunately, Westchester Mercedes-Benz chose not to stand behind the information they provided or make any attempt to resolve the situation. Very disappointing experience, and I would strongly recommend getting any quote from this dealership in writing before scheduling service.

A few days prior to purchasing my new vehicle, I stopped in this dealership with just questions and ultimately window shopping. I was immediately greeted by Christian and I explained to him that most likely I would not be buying today but I definetly had questions and was interested in seeing what’s on the lot. Christian was more than helpful and explained to me the difference between each car I was interested in. Notes were taken on the cars, but the customer service is what had me back within the weeks span. Within the week I am buying my dream car and gained knowledge from him and Ted on CPO, warranties, etc. This has been the best experience with ease and quality care. I would highly recommend the team at Mercedes Benz West Chester!

They made it a fast, easy, and friendly experience!!! I have recently had to buy a car for the first time in nearly 8 years since I was driving a company car. I dreaded the thought of it, but knew I wanted a Mercedes-Benz. Rich was fantastic to work with. He was very responsive, kind, and thorough. The whole experience was top notch. We purchased a new van here from Ed Belland and our experience could not have gone better. Ed was fast in his communication and had great and helpful answers to all our questions. He was kind and patient and thoughtful throughout our ordering and waiting process. I deeply feel like he was going the extra mile for us from Day 1. We are so pleased with him and this dealership. I cannot say enough about MB of WC! I purchased a beautiful CPO yesterday and was treated like royalty! They even did the “big red bow”! Weather you are spending 30k or 150k, go see these wonderful people! Geoffrey Townsend is phenomenal, Frank the sales manager is kind and welcoming! This is my third CPO, forts with MB of WC.
