Enjoyed my used car buying experience. They worked with me - There was no pressure, and communication was clear and honest. When I first spoke to the salesperson, he was genuine, friendly and worked to get all my questions answered (there were many) I felt understood and well served. As parents of small children, we didn't have a lot of freedom to come together (across town) and Mark helped by setting up a delivery after we signed. The facility is a 10/10, super clean and well kept. Definitely appreciate the artistic touch on photos and getting a car that was just as clean as the day it was built, full on gas and delivered to my door! No surprise check engine lights or issues have come up within the first few weeks of owning, and I'm happy with the entire process.

I went there with just the estimate from the insurance company and they took care of everything, they dealt with the insurance company about the actual cost in the repairs and the supplement too. Mr Tony kept me updated during the whole process and when I picked up my car I was very happy with the results, it looks amazing! They did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

Our 2019 Sprinters ERG valve failed while driving to Cincy from South Carolina on a Sunday evening. I was able to make an appointment online that evening for 8am that Monday. We went in and Clayton was FANTASTIC! Clayton was personable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Not only did he provide a loaner so we could get our work don’t but he kept us informed through the process and ensured the repairs were done quickly. Thank you Clayton!
