Upon arriving at Westmont Mercedes Benz after an hour drive, we were greeted by Danilo. Danilo was very welcoming and knowledgeable in regard to the 2026 MB GLE 63 S AMG I’d come to see. We were welcomed to take a test drive after I viewed the vehicle. I was considering trading in my 2025 Porsche Cayenne GTS. I wanted to ensure the Mercedes would meet my expectations, and boy did it ever! More power, more bells and whistles and nice looking too! After working with Danilo and his Manager, we received our expected trade in value and finalized the price of the Mercedes. Their process was straightforward and seamless. Everyone we worked with at this dealership was professional, yet approachable, which is very important to me. Even the Finance person who finalized paperwork with us was easy to work with which in my experience at other dealerships is often the most difficult (pressuring) part of the experience; not here, thankfully! The sales rep, Danilo, followed up by email to make sure if I had any questions about my vehicle, and responded quickly. They even sent me a new MB stainless steel thermos which fits nicely in my new car filled with homemade cookie brownies! I think they truly want to EARN people’s business and don’t take it for granted. The staff is the reason I’ll do more business with this dealership, thank you for a top notch experience Danilo and team! Worth the drive!

I arrived at my appointment time for a B service. I didn't have to wait to long before I was checked in. I really liked my service guy, Harry. Harry was very nice and informative. I liked the way that as my car was being serviced, they sent me pictures of what was going on with my car. Overall, I had a good experience. I always use this particular location for service on my car. Also, I really enjoyed the coffee while I waited for my car to get serviced. I would definitely recommend Mercedes Benz Westmont for professional car service.

Had an amazing experience here! Jim’s great attitude really made the time fly by. Can’t forget about Bridget, she called many bank to help us get the best loan. Even when a bank back out at the last minute she didn’t give up. In the end she got us the best deal, almost a $100 off our monthly payment! The AMG GLE 53 has been on our short list for a while, and Jim is the reason it finally happened.
