I cannot speak highly enough of Cochran Mercedes and my salesman Denis Hernandez. He went above and beyond for me in ways I cannot describe. He found me the perfect car and pulled out all the stops to get me in it. I don’t often write reviews, but I had to take the time out of my day to give my praises to Denis and Cochran Mercedes. I WILL be returning to get my AMG one day and Cochran/Denis will 100% have my business going forward.

Denis was an incredible salesman. I dropped in unannounced and everyone that I worked with was super accommodating. Denis answered all questions and was extremely knowledgable. Ben worked with me in the end to solidify the deal and Jason was another friendly employee. All in all a 10/10 experience.

First class experience from start to finish. We worked what Michael Kane, and he is a true professional. MB and #1 Cochran are lucky to have a Team like they do here in Youngstown. These folks care and you can tell from the minute you walk into their showroom. Thank you to everyone at MB of Youngstown for a class act sales experience. Thanks to Alec for an incredibly easy new lease experience. We took care of all the negotiations via text and I was able to provide all the extra info he needed like insurance, driver’s license, etc. before I got there. I was in the dealership less than 30 minutes to sign the paperwork and get the car. I’ve gotten a number of lease cars from Alec over the years and it gets easier every time. Great experience!
