I am extremely happy with my recent experience at the Saint Clair Shores service team. My car had been there for 4 days, and after renting a vehicle due to no loaners available, I needed my vehicle. The problem was not rectified. I contact Assistant Service Manager Chris. He got right on it!! Check to see when there would be an available loaner, scheduled my vehicle for repair, and promised he would get down to the bottom of the electrical issues with my charging port. The issue stemmed from my negligence. However, he had my vehicle at the location until they determined the problem. While having the loaner, I got 2 flat tires from a pothole. I couldn't believe this was happening. The service manager Adam was so understanding and his customer service was impeccable. They were all right on it. It was close to closing time and both Chris and Adam's professional demeanor was everything a customer needed after feeling frustrated about the tires. My entire experience should be used in training on what defines great customer service. Chris is professional, patient, and very knowledgeable about the process, policies, and procedures of the company. He understands what RESOLUTION means. Adam despite his leadership position, I observed he's an all boots on the ground manager. He assists the team in getting basic responsibilities completed. Nothing was too good for Adam to do. I started off thinking I wasn't going to go back, but calling Chris telling him how I felt about my service, he definitely changed my way of thinking about the Saint Clair Shores location. Thumbs up to the service team!!!

Brought my 2018 C300 in for some repairs from a minor accident. Bronwen (service advisor) at Overseas was very helpful during the entire process. As a customer you want to feel valued. She helped arrange prompt appointments and rides between work and the dealership.

Paul Twigg is the worst sales rep you could ever deal with. He led me on a goose chase, had me go through financing process just to tell me I wasn’t able to pickup the vehicle. Then the sales manager saul called me to explain the situation but ended up contradicting himself and then told me “don’t put words in my mouth”. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. You’re better off purchasing a vehicle elsewhere.

What a great experience picking up our beautiful Mercedes C-300 today! We had one-on-one attention from the general sales manager Gus, the finance manger Josh, and our salesman Paul. All 100% friendly, courteous and professional. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
