Came here to view 2 cars (2 GLS models) spoke the Sales Manager Siad- The day before I came and on the morning of my visit as well about 30 mins before I drove in and at neither time did he tell me that both SUV's I was interested in were SOLD. Instead when I came in he had a sales person Amir try to upsell me a demo they had instead. Completely unprofessional trying to pull the old 'bait and switch' to get me to come visit their dealership despite the SUV's I was looking at both being sold. NOT what I would expect from a Mercedes-Benz Dealership at all I complained to the General manager Johnathan about his staff and their conduct but really nothing can make up for wasted Saturday morning.

Have to say that the team handled the repairs to one of our crew Sprinters exceptionally well. Communication was excellent, appropriate documentation via email in place, repairs carried out and the vehicle ready for pickup as promised. Frank in service was our key contact and was excellent. Follow-up as it related to the repairs also occurred from senior management just to ensure that everything went well. First time using this location but worth the drive.

Stay far away from sales Patrick Liu. Rude attitude, zero professionalism, and a master of lies and cheap tricks—he’ll say anything to get by, even if it’s completely contradictory. Every word feels like an act, and honestly, he could win an Oscar for how hard he tries to sell nonsense. Dealing with him isn’t luxury service, it’s a downgrade. Mercedes might be a premium brand, but with Patrick Liu, you’re getting the salesman equivalent of a budget knock-off.

Providing 5 stars for the exceptional service provided by Paul Thomas (service advisor). His communication was excellent and he was quick to help after there was a mishap when the vehicle was returned. Paul ensured that my needs were met with another vehicle and got everything complete asap.
