My Sprinter Van died this past weekend in the Monts Valin area, while I was on a snowmobile trip with my trailer. I contacted MB first thing Monday morning, as soon as they opened. Sebastian in service was quick to assure me that they would look at it right away. The flatbed truck from SOS arrived and the van was in their shop by 10am. Stefan, the van technician, was fantastic, traced the problem, and got me back on the road again before the end of the day. They also gave me a car to use while I was waiting. I could not have asked for better service, and the way I was treated, was fantastic. Thanks to all who assisted me. I am not from the area, but, if I was, I would purchase a car from them, and return for service. This dealership is fantastic!

Made downpayment for reservation and dealer sold vehicle to another client and canceled my order. Worst service.

Very professional service

Excellent service, however, we were very disappointed this morning by the minimal, or even nonexistent, health and safety measures implemented by your establishment. It's as if Covid no longer exists, judging by your disregard for social distancing and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces. In short, we were disappointed by this lack of hygiene. We hope that the measures will improve in your establishment.

A huge thank you to the staff who truly care about their customers. They are very professional and meticulous, whether in sales, parts, or service. They welcome us with great respect and make customers want to do business with them for a long time. The cars they bring in have the true Mercedes-Benz stamp of approval.
