We were in a rush to find a minivan replacement after ours was deemed a total loss by the insurance company. Tyson Lee was very attentive to our needs. Lone Star Mercedes is the best! The car we were looking for all over Calgary was at this dealership, priced to sell, meticulously detailed and topnotch. The customer service was so awesome. After weeks of stressful back and forth with the insurance, we were so lucky to be blessed with the wonderful service we received from them. The free offer of a ride-sharing service from the car rental to their dealership was just the cherry in top. We would definitely recommend this company to friends.

Updated Review - I would like to provide an update as of today March 27, 2026, regarding my recent experience. I took my vehicle to the downtown dealership to repair the damaged camera and grille (photo attached) from Lonestar, and they were helpful in addressing the issue. I contacted Lonestar regarding the damage; however, they denied responsibility. I spoke with Andrew, but I found the communication to be misleading and unhelpful. He maintained that the bumper was never removed during service, despite the vehicle being in their shop for nearly 40 days. Based on this experience, I would caution others to carefully consider where they take their vehicle for service to avoid potential disappointment. That said, I would like to acknowledge Angus Ma, my service advisor, who provided excellent communication and kept me informed throughout the process. I also appreciate the efforts of the shop team in repairing my vehicle, although some items remain unfinished and require a return visit. Unfortunately, my overall experience was negatively impacted by my interaction with the Assistant Service Manager. I was accused of causing damage (a rock chip on a rim) to a loaner vehicle damage I believe was due to normal road conditions. Despite explaining the situation and offering an apology, I was informed that I would no longer be eligible for loaner vehicles, and a note was placed on my file. This felt unfair and not reflective of how a loyal customer should be treated. Due to the incomplete repair and the handling of the loaner vehicle situation, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.
