Unprofessional from the Director William Simard of pre-owned vehicles.He is supposed to send me back my $150 that we came into agreement but he never did it. About the vendor Stephane, i will make no comments. He knows what he did. I think Mercedes St Nicolas know about the situation and Mercedes Canada told me that they will call me back too but they don't even care. Its not about the $150, double key etc they owed me but I'm fighting about principle, loyalty, honesty and integrity. They didn't show me any one of these qualities and personally I will never go back again. Best of luck if u want to go there, be careful. Ask about the 166 points certified and the 2 keys. Once you sign, your game will be over.
