I recently purchased a car from John Nguyen and he was exceptional. John is the only car salesperson I would call again the next time me or any friends/family are looking for a car. I frequent this location as I service a Benz here, and am always treated with the best service, so it was a no brainer to return when I was looking for another vehicle. John was extremely kind, polite, and knowledgable - the customer service was 11/10. He put our specific needs and circumstances first to ensure we chose the right vehicle at a price point that made sense for us. John is detailed and never rushed - he made us the top priority and made sure all of our needs were handled exceptionally. Highly recommend looking for John Nguyen next time you come to purchase a car :) I do not enjoy car shopping and find it overwhelming. With John, I felt that I had a private consultant that was on my side, that made it stress free and educated me on everything I didn't know. Also have to add that I love when Lynn is in the store! Her energy is amazing - she made spending hours at the shop fun - and I wish she was in store all the time. The manager's poodle dog is also very cute. Excellent service from start to finish! My vehicle was taken care of professionally and was ready right on time. I brought my Mercedes in for a transmission service, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. The process was quick, pricing was very fair, and I was in and out without any hassle. I am impressed! Amanda from the service department did a very good job asking the right questions to help diagnose the issues i was having with my Sprinter Van. I felt like i was in good hands. Also has a good way of making you smile through the experience. To top off this great experience they offered an uber ride home all the way to Burnaby! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience at Mercedes-Benz Surrey. They handled a recall on my car and also did some programming work — everything was done quickly and professionally. They even cleaned my car before returning it and provided me with two Uber rides while the work was being done, which made things super convenient. The staff was friendly and kept me updated the whole time. Definitely a 5-star experience — highly recommend them!

I have known John Poernomo for eight years, and he is one of the best service advisor I have met. Every time I have visited, he has treated me with consistent respect and professionalism. John has outstanding knowledge of Mercedes vehicles, and he explains things clearly without talking down to you.
