Mercedes-Benz Trois-Rivières

I asked for a call back after seeing a car on Mercedes web site. They called me and hung up the phone twice! After texting to the agent for a call back, they asked me to call them. I called and asked for more info. The agent did not disclose much information about the car and told me he would check the CarFax and get back to me but never called back! Poor service for a Mercedes dealership!

I talked with Eric Elliott , other rep was super nice and friendly but he's not. I saw c43, told him im gonna call around 7pm but I had a emergency with my restaurant and forgot to call him. so I texted him today and told me car was sold.(yes it was my fault I didn't put a deposit and forgot to call due to work) but you don't need to be rude man (La parole sa vaut cher). you could just tell me the car is sold and suggest to other model or find a similar one but guess not.

Purchased a GLC from Felicia, and the service was fantastic! She went above and beyond to have it cleaned and detailed along with a gift bag for me and my wife, which we appreciated. Felicia took the time to give us a crash course regarding everything we need to know about the car. The drive from Laval was well worth it for the service you get here compared to the dealers in the city.
