Just received my new Sprinter from Mercedes Grand Rapids, and I am here to say the whole buying experience was outstanding, exceeds expectations. The sales team was very knowledgeable on all the modules and packages to spec out a 144WB /high roof /AWD Sprinter that is awesome. I've had it for about a week now and realizing the big value the GR sales team provided in guiding me through all the options and arriving at a configuration that really works for me, at a price point that also worked for me. If asked would I do recommend the GR van center to a friend- absolutely yes

Recently I was traveling with our newly purchased new to us motorhome with a Sprinter 3500 chassis. During this first trip the Sprinter developed a diesel emission issue which was limiting the amount of restarts I could make to 10. The team in the Grand Rapids Van Center service department were outstanding. The team was able to move some work around and got me in quickly and I was able to continue my travels that same day, Thanks to Isaac and the rest of the team for for providing such excellent service.

I had a great experience at the Mercedes-Benz Van Center in Grand Rapids. I needed a Schedule A oil change, fuel filter replacement, and new wiper blades. I booked my appointment online and received a follow-up call to confirm the time, which I really appreciated since I was traveling about 2.5 hours. The staff was very friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Service was quick and efficient—I was in and out in about an hour. They were also kind enough to show me around, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!
