We’ve visited the Sprinter Van Center of New Orleans on several occasions this Spring .and always expertly treated as you would expect of the Mercedes brand. However, the service provided by service consultant A J Kitzman went well beyond expectations. Even though our Sprinter Airstream is a little beyond normal acceptance age for repair at a certified Mercedes dealer, A J has welcomed us and provided exceptional service and advice. Required repairs were completed on schedule and as quoted, we received updates and timely repairs allowing us to confidently resume our scheduled departure. Brought my van in for preventive maintenance service and a recall . A.J. KITZMAN ,the service writer, greeted me and made everything go smoothly from that point on. My Sprinter check engine light came on about half way in between Pensacola and NOLA. These folks got me in right away, ran diagnostics and got me on the road to continue my trip. AJ, Walter & Vikki were all terrific. Here we are in Big Bend.

We were in the first days of our cross-country trip. A speed sensor went as we were crossing Mississippi. Got online and found the Mercedes-Benz van Center and called immediately. They got us in the next morning and we were back on the road by 2:00 in the afternoon. Very nice and accommodating people took care of us. Thank you Mercedes-Benz fan Center of New Orleans!
