Long review but well worth it! I went there for a diagnosis, they give me a $13,000 repair estimate for many things that my van supposedly needed (my van is a 2014 Mercedes Sprinter with 200,000 miles), from those $13,000 around $5,500 were repairs they said were needed to be done right away for my van to get back to the road. They told me the SCR Temp sensor needed to be replaced, supposedly they tried to get it out but couldn’t and where charging me $1,700 to replace the catalytic because it will be damage during the sensor removal! I had a really bad feeling about whether they were being honest or not, so I decided to not do any service and bring my van home to think about the whole thing! A couple days later I decided to try to remove the sensor myself and it only took me 5 minutes. I didn’t even use WD40 or much force to get it out! They also told me the van needed the DEF heater to be replaced, so they “obviously” had to replace the whole DEF tank (with heater, pump, tank and who knows what else, $2,916 for that) This is still to be inspected and determined if really necessary or not, a code reader was use before bringing to dealer and only got two codes for the temp sensor) My “diagnosis” of this dealership and the people working there is the next: They will take advantage of people’s bad situations and rob them of their money one way or another, they even try to buy the van from me for $2,500 ( This van is worth around $14,000 when fix!) They will lie to you without remorse and when you catch them, they will double down! They told me they will do a countdown reset for me to take the van home and they just give me excuses and flat out told me they didn’t, sending me home with 0 stars left! My final recommendation for people, don’t trust this dealership at all! Don’t go there, if you absolutely have to go there, scrutinize them not matter how nice they are to you “they act nice as long as you pay whatever they say” (See photos attached, that’s how clean and free of rust my van’s exhaust system and components are!)

I broke down on I-91 and had my van towed here for a diagnosis. I ended up waiting over 4 hours for my ride on a Friday afternoon, and instead of making me wait outside with my dog, they welcomed both of us right inside. Every single employee was thrilled to see him and he got so much love. They diagnosed my van quickly, and it’s set to be repaired by Monday. Truly a down-to-earth group of people: kind, understanding, and very pleasant to work with. I’m grateful for how they treated both me and my dog during a stressful situation. Highly recommend!

This was my second service experience at this van center for my 2007 sprinter van. The first time, in March 2025, the vehicle had been towed in because the engine had been declared "dead" by another repair shop. Ashley, the service manager, was confident that the repair team (trained in U.S. and at M-B in Europe) could get it running. About 10 days later (extra time to get imported M-B parts) the van was running as good as ever. This month, after one year of flawless performance, I took it back to Ashley to get all of the van's systems checked out again. The technicians found no serious issues, yet carefully flagged items to check during coming visits. This identification of potential future wear-and-tear vulnerabilities in a 19-year-old vehicle is critically important for my planning and peace of mind. Hats off to Ashley and the entire service team at M-B for their excellent work and peerless professionalism. Thank you!
