Do not go here unless you want to have more car troubles! Went in for a simple radiator. I said to replace the radiator hoses as well even though they were fine. They did not replace the hoses despite charging me extra. The day after I got my car back the radiator hose came undone from the water pump and that’s how I found out they didn’t replace the hoses. I also found out gaps in the bumper fitment. Come to find out they completely messed up the bumper install and decided zip ties are their standard! Edited review: that is a new bumper, my ac does not blow cold anymore after taking it to yall, and my serpentine belt tensioner siezed up after taking it to your shop. I called the shop when I got the estimate for my radiator and yall said my hoses were fine. I told you to replace them and yall failed to. You’re making up excuses. If you knew the mechanic was an issue why didn’t you fire him before he could ruin other peoples cars? Shady business, scummy owner that “cares” so deeply for his customers. The owner wanted me to bring the car back in so he can see what I’m talking about with the bumper. He does not have pictures of the car before it went in the shop lmao!

I had taken my older friends SUV to be checked. The battery kept dying. The found the issue and fixed it right then and there!! No muss no fuss. They had also helped my son with his fordf150. So I have always liked them. They are honest and above board. The will check the car out and will not charge you unless work is needed and done. 2 days ago my husband's Mitsubishi died in traffic. Towed to Mercy, they checked it out and dagnabit!!!the dang thing has to be taken to the dealership. I would have gladly left it to be done at Mercy. They have always been great!!!! The dealership not so much. 5 stars for Mercy!!!!

We bought a vehicle today from Mercy Auto. Our salesman Al was phenomenal! This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Mike was very nice and professional as was the lady processing my paperwork. Great company and staff.

Very fast service. My Audi broke down on Christmas eve and came and picked my car up and had the estimate ready for me after Christmas. Very timely fix and the mechanics went beyond expectation of the repair. In turn they actually do work on all Audi repairs which will save from going to the dealer. Thank you guys for the fast repair and look forward to any services I have in tje future.

Mike and Edgar were fantastic. They both got me what I asked for with my trades and put in a nice silverado.. Mike also said he would help me out with new tires. Balance and mount and align the truck for no charge when the time comes. I highly recommend this place . They are fantastic people and they really want to help. Thank u so much to both of you for ur help..
