Car was dropped off Monday morning 7am. No contact from dealer till Wednesday when I had to call. Most answers I got were “I don’t know, we’re busy”. Went up there spoke to service manager who said they are firing Candice due to her inept ability to provide service to customers and extreme rudeness. No answer till Friday when again I had to go up there. The other service writer is amazing and very helpful. Candice still employed at this time and still “handing our ticket” but again providing NO help. Told might be key issue. Dropped off extra key Saturday am. Monday no answer. Tuesday finally told the issue and would be fixed by Wednesday. Wednesday no answer. Thursday car is ready $800 please. Absolutely terrible customer service. Chrysler doesn’t care about surveys anymore so there’s no customer service manager. They deleted our email off the service ticket and wouldn’t add it back in knowing we’d submit an angry survey to Chrysler. Just awful experience and will never be back there. Tires were low on pick up, no one offered a wash n vac. The lady taking our $800 never said a word. It was wild. They used to have a great department but this is auto sales post Covid I presume.

The people here are very friendly, and through. we went in for a tire rotation and oil change, their person came in and gave us the low down on what was happening and cost. I was very pleased, They are a lot better then Lawton's Chrysler.Here we are in the late 2025 and after knowing these wonderful people and needing a new sled there was only one place to go and here we are. Scott Smith actually did a great job in selling us a best looking Blue Sled you ever saw. When MRS. Santa is happy, everyone is happy. Thank you Scott, job well done. I'll give you a big 10 for all you did to get us what we wanted.

Salesperson was Trevor, the absolute professional. No punches held back , straight shooter, listened well, and knew that I was skeptical. Saw the deal through every aspect, delivered on all agreements, and didn’t waiver one bit on anything. 5/5 ⭐️ will definitely recommend and buy again when the time comes.

My DEF light came on & I paid over $500 to have this fixed. They said it just had air in there. I then break down, take it to another dealership and they say the DEF tank is cracked & has been cracked for a while and had corroded my wiring harness…. Like did they even look at it? STAY AWAY from their mechanic shop!
