Merrimack Street Volvo - Annex

My wife and I live in Maine. We had come down to New Hampshire to look at another vehicle that was not at Merrimack Volvo. Needless to say it was an absolute disaster. On our way back to the interstate we came upon Merrimack Volvo. From the moment we drove onto the lot Sarah was helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. She listened to our needs and genuinely cared about the safety of my family. I have never been more pleased with my treatment as a customer purchasing a vehicle. My wife and I recently decided to get an SUV. We looked at multiple brands and thought what are we doing, we have been buying Volvo's since before the internet was around. So we went to Merrimack St Garage Annex. Happy to report we bought our 8th used Volvo from the guys over at the Annex. Garage. I've been buying cars from them since 2003. Bonus, I needed a truck to tow my RV and they had the perfect used truck for me too. I had regular salesman I used to deal with, I believe in loyalty and Eddie always treated me right. Sadly, Eddie retired since my last purchase. That didn't matter, I got the same excellent service I always have from the rest of the sales staff. I would recommend going to Merrimack St. Volvo for a new or used vehicle and service. They have always treated us right. They stand behind the vehicles they sell. They have fair prices. We want to thank Scott Kling and Alex Saidel for helping us with our most recent purchase. We are very happy with our CPO XC90. I've attached a few of our previous Volvos we have bought. Leaving Same Review for both locations! I don’t usually leave long dealership reviews, but Merrimack Street Cars Volvo absolutely earned one. My experience here was night-and-day compared to other dealerships I dealt with during my car search, and a huge part of that comes down to Alex, the president. From the very beginning, he was directly involved and made the entire process straightforward, transparent, and surprisingly stress-free. Alex was able to locate the exact XC60 I was looking for at an out-of-state dealership, have it transported, fully inspected, and cleaned, and then made it available for me to see before I had even committed to buying it. That level of effort and trust isn’t something I’ve experienced before. Once I saw the car and decided to move forward, everything was ready within 24 hours for pickup. When I came in to finalize the purchase, all of the paperwork and typical dealership steps were handled efficiently and without any pressure. I was in and out in under an hour. Alex also took the time to walk me through the vehicle in detail, explaining the features and technology in a way that actually made the transition to a new car easy instead of overwhelming. The service didn’t stop once I drove off the lot. The next day, I had a concern pop up that ultimately wasn’t related to the dealership at all, but they still got me into the shop immediately, provided a loaner, and had everything checked and resolved within a few hours. The way they handled that situation said a lot about how they treat their customers. After some genuinely negative experiences elsewhere during my car-buying process, working with Merrimack Street Cars Volvo was a huge relief. If you’re anywhere within driving distance, this is the dealership worth going to. They set the bar very high, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.
