This dealership truly came through for me. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Mr. Bruce, in particular, provided exceptional service. We ran into an ICBC challenge during the process, but he remained calm, professional, and reassuring. He walked me through everything and helped resolve the issue smoothly, which really built my trust and confidence in both him and the business. My experience with the staff at Messiah Motors has been tremendous! The owner, Bruce, goes above and beyond for the customer and has years and years of experience which puts your mind at ease when purchasing a used car. Bruce also treats his staff like family which creates a nice family feel. The mechanic on site is very helpful, and also accepts the challenge of repairing and restoring a car. We purchased my son’s first car from them and my son LOVES the car! Also took my parents car to get serviced and repaired and they did a top notch job! Friendly. Passionate. Compassionate. Empathetic. Kind and generous. UPDATE: we got our second car from Bruce and we are so pleased! We plan to get our daughter’s car through him as well!
