My experience here has been awesome since day one. The first time I called for maintenance service, Grace assisted my call an she took me right in. She was wonderful and undertand all my concerns about my Jeep. After that day I change dealerships and I have selected this dealer as my favorite since then. Every time I come here I feel welcome and well treated. Today I have to do a maintenance routine oil change and Grace took my case. Again she didn't disappoint me. She is always good and very knowledgeable. I do recomend this place. Thank you Grace!

I recently purchased a brand-new Jeep, and the experience at Methuen CDJR was outstanding all around. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. Arianna was especially helpful throughout the process. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She walked me through the features of the Jeep with precise detail, and kept everything organized and stress-free.

I purchased an Audi from them in October it’s now march , and they assured me that a part would be ready for pickup the next day. Unfortunately, when I arrived, they had not ordered the part. After calling three times, I finally reached my salesperson, who informed me that the part still hadn't been ordered. Once the part eventually arrived, it turned out to be the wrong one. When I called to address this, the salesperson didn’t apologize and promised to have someone pick up the incorrect part from my house, paint it, and return it to me. However, that never happened. After waiting two weeks, I called again and spoke to someone else, who said it didn't make sense to send someone to my house and that they would simply send me a painted part instead. I agreed, but that also never materialized. At this point, I had contacted them approximately seven times. Frustrated, I left a voicemail for the General Manager, stating that if the issue wasn’t resolved, I would report them to the Better Business Bureau. Eventually, they called back and asked me to mail the part to them for painting, but they didn’t offer to cover the shipping costs. If this is how the General Manager operates, it’s no surprise that this dealership has so many negative reviews—they clearly don’t know how to run a business properly.

First time experience with new ownership. I couldn’t be happier. Kyla my rep was kind- hearted and helpful. Finance was great. AAAA+ all around. I'll be back!
