Very welcoming experience! Patrick was easy to work with, fun to talk to, and after all was signed he went out with me to the vehicle to make sure all the tech was set up properly before I left. When I called back the next day to cancel the GAP coverage I purchased because I found it cheaper elsewhere, he was very kind and made it easy to do. Great customer service!

I recently purchased a new super duty though metropolitan ford. From the first phone call to determine whether it was still on the lot, to driving it off the lot out sales rep Mark leuthard was there. We have never purchased a vehicle anywhere and been completed and on the road faster(2 hrs from start to finish). We are happy to be back in the Ford family again and hopefully this Ford is as tough as our last new Ford was and is still on the road in 350,000 miles. Thanks again.

Well organized service shop. Provides a video of their car inspection to a text message, which is very informative for the consumer. The invoice bill matched the estimate when I dropped the car off. All of the work met expectations, and completed before my requested completion time.
