I had a good experience with the service department. Paul and Mike helped me to correct an issue with the valve body in my crosstrek. They were able to get the repair done quickly and offered me a loaner car to use in the meantime. It all ended up being at no cost to me. They kept good communication throughout the process as well. Very considerate and an excellent experience!

I like the way they run this location and train their sales people. I have worked with 2 guys here, Matt and Mike. Both times I felt respected as a customer. They didn't pressure me or use "tactics", mostly just letting the numbers speak for themselves and letting me make the right decision for my family.
