John Aldrin, Sharise and the whole team at MGM red deer were a joy to work with! I only gave about 20 mins notice that was coming to look at a truck. John had the truck ready to show before I got there. The entire experience was seamless and took less then a day to get paperwork done and back on the road with a new truck! First of all, my sales associate Tom, was absolutely a perfect fit. He was down to earth, and full of personality, his focus was always making sure I was well-informed and maintained contact for fleeting questions when I left the site. I made a lengthy must-have list and the vehicles he presented me with hit everything. I didnt have to try out a bunch of vehicles, he found my options perfectly, the first one I drove is what I purchased. He knew EVERYTHING about that vehicle and went through every single feature it had; I've never experienced that before. Brendan handled the financial component and was honest and very easy to chat with. Super personable like the rest of the team I engaged with. Felt like there's a real family-like atmosphere there. It wasnt like everyone was competing to grab the next client in the door. I also liked how people who weren't part of my team still engaged freely in a genuine manner. Also, other dealerships, once your sales associate transfers you to the Financials, its like their job is done. Not here, my team was still my team and everyone was part of it until the end. Love the service at Ford on the South end of Red Deer. They are always courteous and the pick up and delivery service for my Bronco for its regular maintenance makes things so easy for me with my job as I can’t leave easily to drop off my vehicle. I also love my beautiful Bronco Sport that I got here as well. Best vehicle ever!

Just one month before our baby is due, my wife and I were rear-ended while stopped at a red light and suddenly found ourselves needing a vehicle quickly. When we went to MGM Ford, we were greeted by Emerson, who helped us through the entire process from start to finish until we drove off the lot in our new Bronco. The experience was honestly excellent. Everyone was easygoing, professional, and great to deal with. What stood out most was that there was never any pressure or rushed feeling like you often get at dealerships. We took the Bronco out for a few test drives over the span of a couple weeks, and we still absolutely love it today. I’d definitely recommend dealing with MGM Ford, and a big thank you to Emerson for all the help getting us into the vehicle we wanted.

Individuals may argue that purchasing a vehicle is not an investment, but to us it absolutely is. We invested time researching the truck we wanted to purchase, we invested our time choosing whom to speak with and we invested our hard earned funds to purchase our truck. At the suggestion of our son, we drove from Fort Saskatchewan to Red Deer to purchase our truck because of who MGM Ford is. John de Jesus was exceptional in helping us. His knowledge of the truck we were interested in and his ability to help those of us who are not IT people was brilliant. We were given a fair trade-in value for our old truck, Kevin, the owner made a point of meeting us, even though he was not in the office that day and the staff is truly a team.
