Great service
I would like to thank Michaud Volkswagen in Sept-Îles for the service I received on Monday morning, June 30, 2025. I would like to personally thank Mr. Berthier Simard who, although he had just returned from vacation (I approached him before the service department opened), took note of my situation and, along with the technicians at Michaud, reassured me and allowed me to get back on the road and finish our trip along the North Shore. We were able to see the end of Highway 138; and I am writing to you from Mirabel, J7N 0B6. A BIG THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE TEAM!
