It's been years since I bought a car, so I really had no idea what to expect. When I walked in, I had an idea of what car I wanted but I was open minded. Upon arrival I met Austin and he's a great salesperson. I was eyeing a Mazda I had seen on the Mid City website, but he happily showed me all the other used options around the lot in case I was interested. I still decided to go for the Mazda, so we took it for a test drive. I was really impressed with the car and Austin's knowledge on every little detail. Every question of mine had an answer. Kimberly, the sales manager, was awesome too. I had an easy time going through the paperwork in her office, we chit chatted about sports and travel while we did paperwork. She also has an awesome license plate collection from trade-ins over the years. There were a few plates in there that I have never seen on the road before--and I'm pretty well traveled!!! Super cool! Overall, I recommend Mid City to anyone looking for a high quality car, used or new. They will take care of you, they really care about what they do.
