Back in August, I stopped in unsure of what I was looking for, but Bob was ready to help me find it. He was very patient and kind and answered all of my questions without judgement. Upon delivery of my truck, Bob called and gave me the next steps. They took care of the registration and fully serviced it before I went to bring it home! Let me first start off by saying that I went to another dealer and did not have a good experience , not friendly or accommodating, not willing to negotiate with us . We decided to go to Middletown Toyota after recommendations from family who bought cars there . From the very minute we walked in , we were greeted by Carlos . He is was so friendly right off the rip. He was so knowledgeable and made us feel extremely comfortable , I can 100% say that he is the reason we purchased from here . He made it so easy and what a pleasure to work with , just a real honest guy ! Once we decided on the Highlander we wanted , our next stop was with Rob Boyle in finance , what a nice guy he was too, very easy to work with and easy to get along with .from start to finish they made this process so enjoyable where at other dealships they make it complicated or drawn out . Can’t forget how knowledgeable and helpful Bruno and Jessica were ! My wife and I are so happy with the experience . I traded in for a Highlander yesterday with Carlos Miguel. I had previously made an appointment with him about a certain vehicle I was looking at, and he had it ready for me to look at when I arrived! The vehicle was nice and clean and we did a test drive and he shared the amenities in it for me with clarity. Upon discussing the finances, he asked what I was looking for, and came back with an agreeable transaction. With all of that preparation, we were able to drive it out that same day.
