Went in for a brake fluid exchange at 12pm on 6 June 2026, $227.00. Lost brakes while driving hours later. Had to get a tow truck, $169.00. Luckily I did not crash or kill anyone including myself. Getting a rental to make it to work Monday morning then to a doctors appointment because Toyota won’t be open again until later Monday morning will be even more expensive. Also the brake fluid that sprayed all over my tire will ruin the tire, $419/Nitto’s. A brake fluid exchange performed by Midlands Toyota is going to cost me over $1000. (Brake fluid is combustible)

Jennifer who assisted me buying the car went above and beyond! I had to drive 1hr 30 min. She assured me the car was available so that I would not drive there for nothing. She even came earlier that day just to assist me and waited outside until I reach there. My experience was excellent, smooth and no hassle. They provided water and coffee. The environment was very pleasant. There was no pressure to buy and they stick to their promise with the accurate price. I was able to complete everything in less than 1hr. I will recommend them to family and friends.

Buying a car was so easy here thanks to Dennis Risher. He was so down to Earth, kind, responded in an adequate time, went above and beyond, and really made the buying process a walk in the park without feeling pressured to do so. The service department was also very kind, energetic, did not make me feel like "just a number", and took my concern seriously unlike other dealerships in the vicinity. That being said, I will highly recommend this dealership to others.
