I had an overall good experience. Wasn't much haggling and was a relatively quick buy. Jeff the sales manager was easy to deal with along with the salesman Tyler. Only negative I can say is the truck wasn't washed for me at the end of the deal. They said they didn't have a porter there on Saturday. They told me to come back on Tuesday but I ended up detailing it myself. Overall I recommend Midpoint. Small dealership that will help.

I had an awesome experience buying my Equinox RS! It only took an hour including the test drive. Alexis was terrific. So easy to talk to and explained everything so well. I highly recommend Midpoint but especially Alexis she was the best!

My mom took her Tahoe here for an oil change and recall repairs. They added on a tire rotation, charged her for it and then said she requested it. When I called, the lady that answered the phone got very defensive when I said “I feel like she was bullied into paying for a tire rotation”. She then transferred me to Wayne. Wayne immediately was very rude and disrespectful when I was telling him my mom came in for two recall repairs and an oil change. He corrected me and said it was three. He then got offended when I used a curse word in a sentence not directed towards him. They would rather lose a long time customer than discuss options for the unwanted service.

I have purchased a lot of vehicles from Berglund and most have been good experiences. I purchased my 2026 Sierra from Alexis. Overall, the process was pretty simple and straightforward. There was a little misunderstanding about the bedliner and the manager made it right almost immediately upon bringing to their attention. I will say they were pretty easy to do business with.

Alexis was great & was very helpful & informative. Mallorie was also very helpful & personable. My overall experience was great & I would recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
