Midtown Honda

I purchased a 2016 Dodge from this dealership today, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The employee who handled my purchase was unprofessional, rude, and very difficult to deal with, which made the entire process stressful and uncomfortable. I am currently 39 weeks pregnant and live in London, Ontario. I explained multiple times that traveling such a long distance could be risky at this stage of my pregnancy. I requested that my husband be allowed to pick up the vehicle on my behalf to avoid a 2.5-hour trip, but the dealership refused to make any accommodation or show any flexibility. As a result, I was forced to travel myself despite my condition. I expected a higher level of understanding, compassion, and customer care, especially considering the medical circumstances. Instead, I felt that my concerns were completely ignored. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and reviews both the level of customer service and the way some employees treat their customers. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend dealing with this employee.

With the help of AJ and Nikoo, purchasing a car was the easiest process! I gave AJ my requirements and he presented me options that I could not turn down.
