Midway has a bunch of Beautiful campers!! I love the Jayco’s Keystone Montanas are Awesome!! Keystone Cougars are super high quality! I would definitely recommend Midway!! No one will treat you better! They have really great prices and are awesome to work with!!!
There are far better dealers who know how to entice a buyer. Cannot stand trying to shop with them. They make it feel too difficult to get in units as they are always locked, No pricing inside the trailers, the slides are not out on so many units, and the websites search abilities are the worst when compared to their competitors. It becomes far too much of a chore dealing with this place that we have gone outside of town where a transaction is much smoother.
The sales rep we dealt with was very lazy I felt when selling me a Chevy traverse he didn’t know any information about it he didn’t even know how to work anything. I received a dirty SUV even after taking it back and they “cleaned it” I had to clean it myself. I have owned it since for 3 1/2 months and already having to replace the alternator. Everytime I call I get a voicemail with no return calls! Won’t buy from them again an next time only stick to Toyota!
Midway Trailer of Sheridan had terrible customer service. They said they would repair my trailer and it sat on their lot for 2 months. They constantly gave me the run around about needing "parts" but they could not tell me which parts or how much. In the end they never worked on it and I just ended up towing it somewhere else. If this is how they treat repair customers I would never buy a trailer from them they would never honor service or repairs they would just leave you high and dry.
