We purchased a 2016 Ram 3500 from Midway expecting a safe, reliable vehicle for our family, including transporting a newborn. We were told the truck had over $3,500 worth of work completed and that it had passed all inspections. Less than 4,000 miles later, we discovered the brake system is so severely worn that the pads, calipers, and rotors all need to be replaced. These are not minor issues, they are serious safety concerns. As a result, we are now facing over $3,000 in out-of-pocket repairs just to make the truck safe to drive. When we brought these issues to Midway’s attention, their response was essentially “we can’t help you.” No accountability. No concern. No effort to make it right. It’s incredibly upsetting to realize we were driving an unsafe vehicle while trusting that this dealership had done what they promised. I genuinely question how a company can sell vehicles in this condition and then completely dismiss customers, especially families, once problems arise. If you’re looking for honesty, integrity, or a dealership that stands behind what they sell, this is not the place. I strongly urge others to be cautious before trusting Midway with something as important as your safety.

The service techs are knowledgeable and friendly! We're glad we went with Midway. All my 1 million questions were answered with patience and a some issues overlooked by the last dealership were noticed immediately. Can't recommend enough!
