Took my 2023 5500 4x4 Duramax motorhome in for a check engine light. Got it back missing a l/r marker light lens and blue paint transfer on the body and damage to the molding. They gave me a replacement lens that worked fine. But still has paint transfer on it. On very next trip the check engine light came on again, same code as what they said they fixed. Called to bring it back and was told it would be at least 3 weeks before they could look at it. Tried to make an appointment for 3 weeks, but was told it could still be there another 3 weeks before they could get to it. For something they claimed they had already fixed. Sands Chevrolet in Glendale gave me an appointment for 2 weeks out and said that the would only need it a couple of days. NOT a satisfied customer.

I bought a cab and chassis Chevy with some very specific items needed in the build. I'm out of state, so I'm sure it was a pain for Gordon. He got details of what I needed, got quotes for paint, wraps, liftgate that would accommodate a hitch, Morgan box, tool boxes and back up camera. We finalized the build and he went to work. I know how hard he worked on it and I appreciate it. He's earned my future business and I made a friend in the process. If you need a new work truck make sure you talk to Gordon. He'll take care of you. A+

Midway Commercial is the best dealership we have had the pleasure of purchasing new trucks from. We needed a Dump bed truck and they had multiple to choose from. We also purchased a Silverado 4x4, and the trucks are beautiful. Mike H. is really great to work with here. We will likely only be purchasing new trucks from them in the future! I wanted to thank you sincerely for your exceptional customer service on the 2 separate occasions that I came in. As a mom of a 2yr old and a brand new baby, I was very nervous about how I was going to handle both of them in your waiting area while waiting for my car to be serviced. Not sure where the 5 stars come from, it's to bad they don't have -5, if you purchase an Isuzu Truck good luck getting parts! Had an emergency , 2021 Isuzu NRR, rear leaf spring u bolt nuts came off, driveshaft came out and differential came off leaf spring, should have been covered under a recall "nope" there team did not even ask if everyone was ok, But that's not enough, you can't even get replacement parts, cause they just put you on hold for life or just don't answer. This is a pathetic establishment, I had to order parts from a dealer in San Diego, Ca.
