I was charged $800 to address an electrical issue and was told certain parts could not be replaced. However, after the repair, the radio still does not turn off when the truck is off. Additionally, the bracket that holds the radio in place was damaged during the service. It’s concerning that the vehicle was returned without noticing such an obvious issue. I was also told the heating problem was fixed, but it continues to blow cold air. Based on this experience, I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here. My bill was $36 dollars in part and $700 in labor . What an absolute joke

Coordinated and negotiated from another state for an uncommon performance trim vehicle. In person, they made the exchange fast and easy.

Just had my truck there for a repair. Took them a few days to get it done due to ordering parts, whatever, I got it back today, and now I have to take it right back tomorrow due to a number of lights coming on. Somehow fixing a part on the driveshaft makes my cruise control, ABS, advancetrac, hill start assist, and pre-collision assist not work. On top of all of this, I also had them fixing my headlight, due to one going out, it still doesn't work. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE.

These are not smart people and they dont care about others. I am in trucking and got caught up in a tire theft scheme. I shipped multiple shipments of tires that were bought with stolen credit cards, all the sellers got burned and so did I, but I never let the thieves know and they tried to hire ma again to pick up at this dealership. I called to warn them and asked them to call the buyer to let him the card came back so that I could try to save the next company from becoming a victim. They refused and spoke to me as if I was a child.

I have purchased several vehicles from Midway Ford in the past 20 years. I use their service department whenever there is something wrong my car is currently 10 years old so I've had to take it there a couple of times. They're always very quick to fix whatever is wrong prices don't seem to be astronomical and they are very very honest. My son had left his wallet in my car and when I called them they found the wallet money and all. Highly recommend this company.
