Just had some work done and the service department was wonderful. Devin, helped answer all my questions and made sure I got my car back in a timely manner.

On Monday I had new tires put on my Chrysler 300. I took advantage of the buy 3 get 1 for $1 before the sale ended. Devin Barr was great to work with! He sent me 3 different quotes on tires to choose from. He was promt with communication and had me scheduled right away. And they even took me to work and picked me up at the end of the day. I highly recommend Midway Hutchinson CDJR!

Treated well and efficiently! Love the staff. Cars take a while with all the paperwork which my salesperson helped keep in order. My car was brought to my home and I am very happy with my purchase!

They sold me a car two years ago without even inspecting it or making sure it was safe and in proper working order! Within the first year I owned this vehicle, it was in THEIR shop at least three times and it STILL wasn’t fixed properly!! I had to get an oil leak fix (it STILL leaks!), had to get the whole engine replaced! They claimed it was driven overheated over 100 miles and tell me HOW that is even remotely possible!! An overheated car won’t even drive! I was left stranded on the side of the highway at lest three times, once it was there for over 3 months getting “fixed” and it is back in a DIFFERENT shop as of now! Alternator died, NEW battery died, coolant leaks, oil leaks! They don’t know anything, and they are incredibly rude, especially since I am a “woman”. I tell ya what, they are lucky my husband isn’t here on the Earth anymore! 😡 DO NOT a get a car here!! I was so grateful until all this stuff happened and their attitude is terrible! Yeah, because you KNOW it is messed up!!
