These guys are absolute lifesavers. We broke down on the Cabot Trail—middle of nowhere, no cell service, in a rental—and by some miracle, a passerby swung into Midway Motors and told them 3 girls were broken down on the road. Albert (our lifesaver) came all the way down to rescue us, found a replacement tire, and got us back on the road in no time. Thank you, Albert, and the entire Midway Motors crew, and the sweet passerby for turning a travel nightmare into a minor hiccup. Your kindness kept our road trip going!

Very helpful staff, going out of the way to help with my problem. Honest and professional. Family owned over three generations. Highly recommend if you have need to buy a vehicle, or car problems in the Baddeck area.

While on vacation this past week near middle River, we came across three ladies stranded on the side of the road. Flat tire. No spare. Vehicle was a rental. Very little or no cell service. They were waiting for hours to have rental company take care of things. We remembered seeing the dodge dealership down the road. Stopped in Service department. Talked to Chad. We found out later that Chad and his coworker took it upon themselves to assist the ladies. Got them on the road in no time. The coworker used his own vehicle to drive to the ladies location. Awesome service. Chad and his coworker went above and beyond. Fantastic, Chad and crew at midway motors. Good on you. Cheers

My absolute thanks to the service department at Midway. I had detected a possible issue with my "Mustang" and when the Ford dealers let me down, Midway came through. They booked me in, checked my concern, assured me all was good and then charged me to little. (in my opinion) We are 2,100 kilometers from home so were kinda at their mercy. Thanks, again, to the service staff for making me feel safe, comfortable, and reducing my stress for the drive home. You will not be forgotten.

Great attitude and amazing efficiency. We were turned away from another place and when we showed up in Midway motors they were able to help us immediately... We are very grateful.
