Honestly, I wish I could give zero stars for the experience I had today. In this economy, gas is expensive, and people can’t afford to waste time and money on unnecessary trips. My husband was told that the dealership was going to take our car and that I simply needed to come in and sign the paperwork. Yes, the vehicle had a few stains on the seats, which we had already cleaned up as best we could. Life happens, especially when you have children. After driving all the way there with two vehicles, they took our car for a test drive and then came back and informed us they were no longer interested in taking it. This information should have been communicated before having us make the trip and waste our time, gas, and effort. The entire experience felt unprofessional and poorly handled. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer care. I would not recommend doing business here based on my experience.

I especially appreciate how everything was explained- no surprises no hidden fees. What really stood out was the level of customer service. My experience with this dealership was great. Devin from the sales team was a pleasure to work. The truck I was looking at was ready to go for a test drive as soon as I arrived. They were also very open and able to work with me on my financing and trade in. They made the car shopping experience very smooth and are by far the best dealership I’ve ever worked with. The sales process was pretty average over all, and we like the vehicle, but the reason I am rating this a 2 is over principle. A 3 star to me is expected service, 5 would be above average, and 1-2 below average. We drove over two hours to purchase this vehicle, paid the full asking price without even asking for them to cave on the price, and when we went to leave I had asked if they were going to fill the gas tank. At first they said “no”, in fact the more I pressed it it got a bit uncomfortable for a minute or two, but it was sheer principle. At first they said it was due to gas prices and dealers were no longer doing that, but to their surprise I had purchased a vehicle a week before, and that dealer did fill the tank. They eventually filled it, but took a bit of pressing to get it. When someone is spending in the 35k ballpark without even trying to negotiate the price down, a simple full tank of gas in the car we are purchasing should be an automatic courtesy. This will be the last car we purchase through MIG.
