Kourtney at Mike Bell Chevrolet is the salesman to see. I was treated with the upmost respect. Kourtney listened to want I wanted and how I wanted to accomplish it. The whole team made me feel special and part of their family. I love my new Traverse RS.

From the moment I pulled up, I felt nothing but a welcoming environment. Marty handled my online request quickly. Brian took things from there and was the perfect sales person. He was patient and not pushy - answered all of my questions and gave me a full, hands on experience. Finance was great! Made sure I was taken care of and that my car got what it needed. Overall, the BEST car buying experience ever! Thank you to everyone that was involved in my experience!

So about 3 weeks ago they had a truck I really wanted, a grey Colorado and when I went to go look at it it had a missfire, so they said it would be ready the next day, the next day comes and it still wasn't right. I waited a week or so and they said they can't sell the truck. So they send me pictures of this other Colorado with a little more miles. I end up getting it. The next day the driver seat belt doesn't work, I was told to go find a seat belt at a junkyard or get a cheater seat belt. Then there was a big coolant leak so I bring it in and they fix it but I have to pay for it. Now my second week of owning this truck, when I put it in park the truck doesn't know it's in park the doors won't unlock and the key gets stuck. I was at ingles getting fuel and it took 15 mins of me putting it in drive then back into park over and over again for it to finally work and release the key. I should have gotten a newer vehicle with a little more on the monthly payment and that's on me but according to the Carfaxs when Mike bell got this truck in they did a safety inspection and service shouldn't they have seen the seatbelt doesn't work? Not even two full weeks of owning this truck I have fount so many problems. I'm so done with stressing. If you buy used do a two hour test drive and check everything over and over and over or get your own mechanic to look at it. The salesman was super nice to me Brian Harvey I really have nothing but great things to say about him. I like these guys but I just feel like someone traded in a problem and they did just enough to make it sellable. Edit 02-04-2026 two weeks and one day since I purchased this truck and now I have fount a engine oil leak on the motor. I'm so screwed.

I don’t think the sales team was honest about the issues with the used vehicle that I purchased. The check engine light came on while I was driving it home after the purchase. I trusted them when they told me it had went thru a several point inspection. I wanted to support local but I wish I had bought from Carmax which has better policies on used car purchases.
