This past Saturday, I traded in my 2019 Toyota Tacoma for a 2025 Ford Ranger Raptor. I absolutely love the new vehicle! It is a high performance beast, and the entire crew at Mike Fitzpatrick Ford is a high performance team to match! Richard was my salesman and is a super friendly guy. He did not try to pressure me, or haggle back and forth, and respected me and my time. Robbie and Matt assisted and gave me an amazing deal on this high-demand new truck and a very fair price for my trade. The finance manager was great as well. We completed the paperwork fast, and he did not try to push any extended warranties or service contracts on me. However, the MVP of this experience goes to Robbie’s wife! The next day, I realized I’d left important keys with my old truck, which had already been shipped off to parts unknown. Robbie luckily managed to track it down en route, and his wife happened to be somewhat near that area. Even though it was an hour or so away, she went out of her way to retrieve them and deliver them back to the dealership! Thank you Robbie’s wife! You are the true hero! If you are planning to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend going to see these guys. If and when I decide to purchase another vehicle, I will definitely be back!

Had an oil change here last time I was due and I was greeted by Mr. Charlie Filkins. Went so well I came back again today. Rare to meet someone with his assertiveness, but in the right way to help you get what you need and have all the answers. Felt like my truck was in good hands. He is very nice, thorough and transparent. Great service advisor!
