My vehicle was not shutting off due to an electrical issue in the gear shift. Upon arrival I mentioned to the lady service writer that it happened constantly except just now. Her quick response was “if we can’t find the issue you are responsible for the $189 diagnostic fee! No customer service skills in speaking to customers. I understand that may be a fee, but there are tactful ways to explain it. They ordered the parts and were to call me to set up an appointment. When I heard nothing back for 10 days I called parts department who informed me that the parts had been delivered days ago. I finally set up the appointment and the repair was completed correctly. Unfortunately, I guess they were not cleaning cars that day so mine was not washed. It was not a rain day by the way
