We had the best car-buying experience here. We’re from Wyoming and were interested in two vehicles, but one was located at the Longmont dealership. Sean Martin, the salesperson we worked with, went above and beyond—he arranged to have that vehicle brought to the Boulder location before we even arrived so we could test drive both. When we got there, he was ready for us and had everything prepared. During the test drives, he answered all of our questions and was very personable. We especially appreciated that he gave us space to look at the vehicles without any pressure. When it came time to make a deal, the process was straightforward and stress-free. There was no back-and-forth—we told them what we wanted, and they made it happen. The finance gentleman (I wish I could remember his name) was also excellent—very knowledgeable and never tried to upsell us. He clearly explained all of our options and let us decide what worked best without any pressure. Hands down, this was the best experience we’ve ever had buying a vehicle. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will definitely be back for future purchases.

It was not worth the price I paid. I'm not an expert on cars and didn't need work done other than routine maintenence, so I can't comment about the actual quality of work that was done, but I did not leave feeling great about it. I came in for a service and oil change and Ieft with my oil life still at 20%. When I came back to ask them to actually do an oil change, they just reset the gauge, but did not check that the oil had actually been changed or do anything to reassure me, just reset the gauge and sent me on my way. I planned on working from the waiting room since it was advertised that there is a wifi connection, but it kept going out and I had to walk to a café to get my work done. There were additional services that I needed to review and instead of just calling or texting me, sent an email with a form that was clearly meant for a laptop, not smartphone use. It was difficult to navigate and I could not figure out how to accept or reject the additional service, it was chosen for me somehow.
