Back around April 9th I called Mike Maroone due to them having a very specific vehicle I had been looking for, for a few months. When I called in I spoke Roxann in sales. From the moment we spoke I was very impressed with her demeanor and personality. She worked with me over a 2-3 week period of sending me detailed pictures and video of the car due to me living in NC and buying the car sight unseen other then pics/vids she sent. She never pressured me about anything and if I had a question she couldn’t answer she always found the answer and got back to me asap. It was really refreshing to work with someone like her as well as the finance managers. As long as Roxann is there you’ll be in good hands. Extremely impressed with the professionalism and no BS sales tactics. I can’t recommend Roxann and Mike Maroone VW enough.

Zach, my service technician, was absolutely amazing. My tire had a big ol’ nail in it and ensured I was safe to drive for a day (as I had to work the next day) while my new tire was being shipped to the store. His communication was on point and I felt updated to the max and understanding of both good and bad news. I want it straight to the point- that’s what you’ll get.

Honestly, ones of the best and friendly Dealerships I ever visited. Everyone was polite while providing the best customer services. I appreciate everyone on assisting me in getting the car I wanted. I am able to say I would definitely come back and do business again. Love the atmosphere that Joel, Michelle, Kenny, Jordan, And Matt created while I was there it felt like home. I am thankful for everyone.
