The customer service department was wonderful. I had my car towed there and they did the diagnostic and got back with me in a timely manner. The got it fixed quickly after they knew what was wrong. When they got ahold of me to tell me it was ready they explained everything to me again of what they did. When I picked it up they were very pleasant and thorough on process of what is next. When I got to my car they had put plastic on seats which I appreciated so they didn’t get anything on my seats and a floor mat cover. Very pleased with the service I received on my car in a short notice.

It was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. Lathen, Adam and Quinn were absolutely fantastic to work with. Their professionalism, patience and genuine willingness to help made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. What stood out the most was their dedication they graciously stayed after the store had officially closed to ensure everything was taken care of and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. While I understand that customer service is part of their role, their effort went far beyond expectations. They never made me feel rushed and remained attentive, friendly and supportive throughout. I truly appreciated their commitment, even though I felt a bit guilty for keeping them past closing time. Their positive attitude and exceptional service left a lasting impression on me. I’m very grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience. All issues identified during the test drive were thoroughly addressed. The only minor concern was the presence of a few leftover food in the cup holders made them very sticky and food crumps scattered lightly on the carpet. Overall great experience ! Will buy from Mike Miller Kia again :)
