When I went to buy my new car it was an okay buying experience. My biggest complaint is that they took way too long to do the detailed cleaning of the car before I drove it off the lot. They said it was because they had gotten backed up on doing several detailed cleanings for other cars and they mentioned the one guy there doing them that day had taken his break. I'm fine with someone taking a break, but I spent well over an hour after signing all the paperwork for the new car waiting for it to be cleaned. I eventually asked for them to just bring it up an let me take it whether it was clean or not. They tried convincing me to wait, but I had waited long enough at that point. Overall a friendly staff though.
