my car broke down 18 hours from where i live while i was on a road trip, it broke down on march 15th 26 and all they have done is tell me they are working on it. i’ve made multiple calls constantly with half of them going to voicemail and no real answers on my car. to this day i still don’t have my car as I KNOW all it needs is a clutch, i went into the dealership a few days after dropping it off and prior to going in they had told me there were many cars in front of mine. i walk in to see my car and only my car in the shop still in worked on un touched. i have been forced to take action and ship the car home costing more money that i could imagine. please save yourself time distress money and so much more and STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

I am traveling from CT to FL. 75 miles from Florence my dashboard displays a (!) Message that I have to much oil and must reduce it. I arrived at the dealership at 3:30 and they took me right in. I had the oil changed before I left CT and they overfilled it . They drew some oil out at Reichenbach VW, reset the display and road tested the car. All fixed in an hour AND they didn't charge me. Their service manager Amy VanHerpe is the best. My only regret is that I dont live here so I could use them all the time. They saved the day as I needed to get out ahead of the winter storm. GREAT JOB!
