I had a great experience at Mike Savoie Chevrolet when purchasing my new Suburban. The entire process was smooth and easy. Collin was a great salesman he was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He made sure all my questions were answered and worked with me to get the sale done quick. Helen was incredibly helpful in working through the financing details and made everything simple to understand. I truly appreciate the team’s professionalism and that there were no games and no hassles and would highly recommend these two.

I purchased a 2024 Dodge Durango HEMI with only 27k miles from Mike Savoie Chevrolet recently expecting a reliable, well-inspected vehicle. Same day after sale, it developed a major no-start issue. Fred (sales) was aware of the problem but told me they couldn’t fix when I came in for inspection- didn’t even have the tools for the car. He instructed me to find another dealership myself. They also could not provide a loaner. I had to search on my own and fortunately took it to Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy next door, who diagnosed the issue, replaced the Fuel Pump Module, and provided a loaner while my car was in the shop for over a 9 days. On top of that: The dealership failed to provide the RD-108 paperwork after the sale, only purchase agreement was present. When I was pulled over, in Ann Arbor, the police were ready to tow the car. I had to handle all the court paperwork myself, drive back and forth. My right front tire pressure keeps dropping every time the temperature falls. Right after sale and continues to do so. For the first month + after buying the car, I was constantly running around trying to resolve these issues on my own instead of enjoying my new vehicle. It feels like they sold me the car and expected me to do all the work to fix their problems. Very disappointing and shady experience. I reached out multiple times requesting reasonable goodwill assistance and was denied. Would not recommend this dealership if you expect proper post-sale support.

We purchased our 2022 Traverse from Mike Savoie and have had nothing but positive experiences ever since. Highly recommend! The sales team made buying our new Traverse easy, and over the years we’ve brought it back for routine service, recalls, and other maintenance. The Service Center has always been efficient and easy to work with. Appointments have been on time, communication is clear and we’ve always been happy with the quality of the work. What finally prompted me to leave a review was my most recent experience with the body shop after an accident. From start to finish they were outstanding. David made the estimate process incredibly easy. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. He explained how the insurance claim would work, what the timeline looked like for parts, and how long repairs would take once the parts were actually in. But what really impressed me was how accommodating they were with a loaner car. When I mentioned that I have three kids in car seats and needed enough room to transport all of them, they went out of their way to find a larger loaner that would work for our family. That level of customer service meant so much to me during an already stressful situation. The repairs were completed on time and the entire process was smooth. Everyone we’ve worked with from sales, service and the body shop has been friendly and genuinely so helpful.
