Jimmy was extremely helpful in navigating all our questions from stopping by to view cars, taking one out to test drive to day of purchase. He was quick to respond and very friendly. They matched another trade-in offer for my older QX60 and even covered the cost of a new windshield after paperwork was signed. This is what customer service is all about!
