Superstar staff and very transparent. Great communication and very attentive, was on the phone with them nonstop for a whole week and they answered or returned every single phone call. They're more than willing to negotiate over the phone, which makes it a lot easier for both them and the customer since they don't have any hidden BS fees that they try to slap on the price on your way out the door which is extremely rare nowadays. Very strong negotiators but still very kind and polite while doing. Can't say enough of my overall experience, it was pleasant all the way around. PS didn't see a single clunker in the yard and all the prices seem very fair, will definitely come back when looking for my next car.
