While I was reluctant to return to Millenium based on some negative experiences in the past, I am pleased with my and my wife’s recent experience for a trade-in and new purchase. I commend Jose V for his knowledge and patience in helping us to understand all the trim options to help us select our new CRV. He was knowledgeable and fair during our trade-in and price negotiations, and was responsive throughout all the post payment communications. Maria was a pleasure during the purchase transaction. She offered and explained all of the warranty possibilities but did not push us when we declined, and then offered us some freebies. We appreciated that she was personable but professional and made our purchase experience a positive one. Thank you to both.

Jorge was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about the CR-V we purchased and great at getting us the car with little wait. Maria in finance was exceptional. She dealt with some issues that popped up and she rectified those issues immediately. She had a pleasant and caring attitude.

Excellent experience with Ramos and Edgar. My mother and my 17 yr old brother were shopping to get my brother a reliable car. They were in many dealerships and ended up liking 2 cars at this and another Honda dealership. I went to both places to make a deal at the end at this place. They had the best customer service that they went above and beyond for us. They tell you one price, and stand by their word. There were no hidden fees or unexpected price increases once you make a decision. Very honest, very straightforward with what they are doing. They gave us the best value for our money. 2 days after purchasing the vehicle, we had to bring it back for an update on the computer system for the car. They were very easy to deal with, they made the process very smooth and took care of us quickly. They are not there to make a sale and done with you, they are there to take of you long term. From sales team to service team, they are very professional, genuine and honest. Recommend this place 100%.
