I broke down coming back from hunting the gentleman Jeff in service. He was top-notch one of the best I’ve ever dealt with only complaint I have is the mechanic ripped my tint. I think he could do a little bit better job when he gets in people‘s vehicles. now I have to pay to get it fixed. I actually have a prescription for my windshield to be done and that’s what he ripped.

I had an easy tine purchasing my new Corvette, no issues, friendly staff and service agents!

On July 5th 2025, my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado broke down 5 miles from this dealership. Ben worked with me every step of the entire process. Even when I was on vacation in Europe, Ben called me and gave me updates, his professional, courtesy and respect was outstanding, second to none! Overall, the entire service team worked on this vehicle with care, concern and precision. Yes, there was an issue with a part that was on back order (life happens) I called around to another Chevy dealer and gave Ben the part needed, in two days the service on my vehicle was completed. Sometimes, the customer and service members work together to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

I unfortunately broke down while traveling. Worse, in hindsight, I had my vehicle taken to this "business" for repair. I explained to Ben, the person at the service desk, I had to stay on a stranger's property in my travel trailer outside the Lock Haven area. Ben said he'd have someone look at it "that afternoon". A Thursday. No call that afternoon or Friday. I called Monday morning. Ben said he had a tech looking at it "at that moment". I called at noon on Tuesday. Ben said he had it scheduled for diagnostics that afternoon. I reminded him of what he had said the morning before. He denied talking to me. Perhaps this "business" has two Ben's working the service desk that say " Hold on a sec while I check." The next day I called around 1:30. A Ben said my vehicle had been done "a day and a half" and he "tried calling me but all my phone did was beep." The diagnosis was: "not connected to splice back." No parts were required. Two days later the same problem surfaced again in New York. This time a Chevrolet dealer had me on the road again in 3 hours after replacing an easily diagnosed faulty $87 part. If you want potential drama, lies and a possible incompetent diagnosis, feel free to visit this "business". Otherwise, I'd seriously go elsewhere.

It was an outstanding car-buying experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. They were attentive, patient, and eager to answer all our questions without any pressure. It was a refreshing experience, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.
